The terms governing your use of ConstructCam. Please read carefully before using the platform.
By creating an account or using ConstructCam, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use ConstructCam. These terms are governed by English law.
ConstructCam is a construction site management platform operated by Airborne Construction Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
These Terms govern your access to and use of ConstructCam including the web application at app.constructcam.app, mobile applications, and any related services.
"We", "us" or "our" means Airborne Construction Ltd. "You" or "your" means the company or individual using ConstructCam.
To use ConstructCam you must create an account with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Each company account is isolated — you cannot access another company's data.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you are authorised to bind your company to these terms.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account at hello@constructcam.app.
ConstructCam offers a free tier (up to 3 projects) and paid tiers (Professional £49/mo, Business £99/mo, Enterprise £149/mo). Workers, subcontractors and clients are always free on all plans.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
No refunds are provided for partial months. Downgrade changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
You agree to use ConstructCam only for lawful purposes in connection with genuine construction site management activities.
You must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform; upload malicious code; use the platform to store illegal content; scrape or harvest data; impersonate another person or company; or use CAMI to generate fraudulent documents.
You are responsible for all content you upload including photos, documents, forms and variations. You must have the right to upload any such content.
Worker data (NI numbers, right to work documents) must only be entered for genuine workers. Entering false compliance information is a material breach of these terms.
CAMI is an AI assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude API. It assists with construction management tasks including generating RAMS, toolbox talks and variation notices.
CAMI's outputs are generated by AI and must be reviewed by a competent person before use. We do not warrant that CAMI's outputs are accurate, complete or legally compliant in all circumstances.
CAMI is not a substitute for professional advice from a CDM coordinator, structural engineer, solicitor or other specialist.
CAMI conversations are processed by Anthropic's API. By using CAMI, you consent to your queries being processed by Anthropic in accordance with their privacy policy.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are the data controller for personal data you upload about workers and clients. We act as a data processor on your behalf.
By using ConstructCam you warrant that you have a lawful basis to process any personal data you upload (e.g. worker NI numbers, photos, sign-in records).
ConstructCam and all related intellectual property including the platform, CAMI, software, logos and brand assets are owned by Airborne Construction Ltd.
You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process this content to provide the service.
You must not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of ConstructCam without our written consent.
We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
Support is provided by email at hello@constructcam.app. We aim to respond within 1 business day for paid plans.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, following appropriate notice except in cases of serious breach.
⚠️ Please read this section carefully as it limits our liability to you.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses including loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption.
We are not liable for the accuracy of CAMI outputs. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use on site or in contracts.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@constructcam.app. Your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted on request.
We may terminate your account with 30 days' notice for any reason, or immediately for serious breach of these terms.
On termination, you will lose access to the platform. We recommend exporting your data before termination.
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
